TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions. 
Company`s bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career. 
TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring students who complete bootcamps in a remote environment.

 

In The Role:

  • Company is currently seeking a Chief Product Officer for TripleTen (key markets are the USA, Israel, Indonesia, Brazil, and Mexico)
  • The primary responsibility for the CPO will be to significantly increase the completion rate of students within 6 months of starting in the position, with ambitious completion rate increases for 2024 and 2025
  • The entire product team, including the student experience team, interactive textbook and educational project development team, design, and platform development, will report to the CPO
  • The CPO will be required to increase the retention rate on a monthly basis, working intensively with both quantitative and qualitative data

 

What you will do:

  • Drive increases in completion rates for all bootcamps using a qualitative and quantitative approach
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop the product
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success
  • Manage a high-performing product team
  • Create and execute a long-term technology and product vision with forward-thinking across all dimensions of the business (including design, consumer testing, infrastructure, data, personalization, and logistics)
  • Oversee content development and innovation: ensure content for platform, courses and professional learning programs support student journeys in ways that deliver impact, provide strong return on investment and build toward our larger company strategy
  • Manage overall product roadmap, including new products and product updates
  • Develop objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information
  • Make recommendations and presents business advantages for technology initiatives and product improvements
  • Manage resource allocation to meet product deadlines (e.g., in Content & Eng. teams)
  • Ensure products are equitable and incorporate DEI lens, with appropriate product speed to market continuously improved and commensurate with peers
  • Manage product related expenses, especially resourcing allocation and costs
  • Define, develop and manage key operational and financial metrics for product portfolio
  • Oversee pricing and packaging across product portfolio to achieve target rates of sales, growth, retention, and profit objectives
  • Define, develop, and manage product analytics (e.g., product performance and growth)
  • Manage overall product strategy, and ensure product-related activities are aligned

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of increasing LTV through customer retention rather than by raising the average check, as well as boosting organic referral sales by tens of percentage points
  • Experience in implementing data-driven solutions to achieve target metrics, as well as launching and managing a stable product development process
  • Closely monitor the impact of releases on the company's product metrics and revenue
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed to global offices
  • Experience leading decentralized global teams (preferred)
  • Based in the Eastern or Central US time zones (preferred)
