Accel Club is looking for Chief Producer to join the Creative Team in Moscow.
The right candidate should be a detail-oriented, proactive person, with excellent project and stakeholder management skills, who can effectively work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3+ years of Producer experience
- Understand the creative development process
- Could clearly plan tasks and separate epic-tasks to small ones
- Good communication skills
- Experience in digital/IT/advertisement sphere
- At least intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
- Develop briefs, organize production process, manage tasks for in house creative studio and additionally for outsourcing teams
- Plan and prioritize tasks
- Develop planning systems and instruments which make tasks system performance better
- Research for and review outsource creative executors
- Control billing and other documents processes around outsourcing creative production team
- Lead team of producers to achieve company’s goals
- Communicate with other departments (operation team, designers, copywriters, brand managers, etc.)
