Altos is a budding startup which produces portable CO2 sensor giving a clear understanding of how healthy indoor air quality is and whether it adds to productivity. The company is actively looking for a Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate has experience of working as COO or CEO of Hardware/Software startup.
Responsibilities:
• Direct input into company strategy and operating plans.
• Coaching, developing and leading on all programs and services, as well as broadening and deepening company capacity for strategic analysis, planning and program budgeting
• Analysis of key KPI’s, determining company performance
• Control over the manufacture of devices, supply chain management
• Constructing and controlling operational budgets, financial plans, cash flow, investment priorities, policies and internal controls
• Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports
Qualifications:
• Experience managing complex enterprise’s finances, operations, and strategies
• Excellent project, problem-solving and time management skills
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, an analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• Fluent English.
