"My name is Ernis Adylbekov and I am the founder and CEO of English Zone. That is the who.
The what is easy. I am looking for an assistant to help me run my business. I am in Moscow with a goal of starting and expanding a very ambitious educational project. Therefore, I need somebody who is not shy of dreaming BIG. At the same time I need somebody who is able to execute under pressure and not break during the process. I do not need somebody whom I am going to tell what to do. I need somebody who is initiative and independent. I am demanding but at the same time I tolerate failure. - Must be result-oriented. If you are the type of person who cannot leave work until something is finished or stay calm until results are achieved you are the right person
