About the job:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key figure in the company and is responsible for the operational management of A&K American Educational Consulting under the leadership of the CEO. The COO manages the day-to-day activities of the organization, advises the CEO on key operational ideas, develops and implements business strategies, and builds processes. The mission of the COO is to strategically manage A&K to increase efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness, as well as to implement innovations and create optimal conditions for achieving set goals.
Responsibilities:
- Promotion of company mission and culture
- Development and implementation of short- and long-term business strategy
- Identification of new growth opportunities
- Providing recommendations on operational strategy based on market analysis and competitive environment
- Performance analysis, goal setting for improvement and growth
- Daily activity management and departments coordination
- Ensuring maximum employee efficiency through optimal resource and process management
- Tracking and implementing innovations, automation, and activity optimization
- Ensuring database security and reliability
- Preparation of summary reports and informing the CEO on strategic and operational issues
Qualifications:
- Proven successful work experience in leadership positions for at least 5 years
- Ability to effectively optimize and automate processes for optimal results
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience in strategic planning and business development
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Proficiency in English at the C1 (Advanced) level is required
- Native or bilingual Russian language is required
