Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operation of all functions of the transportation and maintenance of fleet with the involvement of external suppliers, including: washing, maintenance and repairs, replacement and repair of wheels, refueling
- Develop, and implement controls to guard against revenue spillage and ensure that car workshops are properly managed to ensure that vehicles are ready for rent
- Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives
- Support the CEO in executing expansion in other cities
- Manage revenue and expense goals, day-to-day operations and the continued development and advancement of staff
- Ensure that vehicles are operated efficiently
- Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure car workshop managers provide quality regular reports, and provide regular updates to the CEO and the CFO)
- Installation and monitoring of telematics equipment (additionally installed on the car)
- Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices to ensure uniform performance throughout the company
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Hire, train, motivate, direct, coach, evaluate and retain high performers at every level
- Take charge in high-priority crises
- Must be able to work sometimes during weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong computer skills required
Requirements:
- Proven track record (at least 5 years of experience), with three years in a leadership position with experience in general management in a passenger transport operation, fleet management in operational leasing; fleet management in taxi; car workshop management; carsharing fleet management
- Experience working with a large and unskilled/semiskilled workforce
- Experience working knowledge of budgeting, business development, and strategic planning
- Distribution and partnership development experience preferred
- Multi-site management experience in the fleet management and passenger transport service
- Successful experience in managing large passenger transport operations, large fleet management, strategic planning
- Commercial mindset and a good understanding of main rules of sales and business development process
- Knowledge of English at the advanced level
- Achiever, which has to be confirmed by the records of education and professional growth
