В GameDev-компанию Long Tale Games требуется Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the operational department
- Providing leadership and guidance to teams across the game producers and game designers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Analyzing performance metrics and data to make informed business decisions and achieve the goals and metrics
- Continuously evaluating and improving business processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Participating in publishing games, including web 3 games and modifications, and ensuring successful launches
- Creating and maintaining Release Plan as well as Release Schedule for stakeholders and external colleagues
- Hiring, evaluating, and rotating employees to ensure the right resources are in place to support growth and success
Qualifications:
- Experienced COO with a minimum of 3 years in Game Development
- Familiar with HR, Finance, Marketing, BD etc. business functions
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business growth
- Data analysis and performance metric proficiency
- Understanding of game development and business operations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking abilities
- Adept in decision making and problem-solving
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is a must-have
