The ideal candidate should have financial background and will be responsible for finance and operations function, including financial planning, control and reporting, accounting, treasury&banks, operational improvements, supply chain and IT. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Help design and implement internal controls, policies and procedures, oversee and advise on capital deployment and cash flow planning
- Build efficient processes for revenue recognition as well as embed an expense management system
- Monitor cash flow
- Ensure adequate capital is available, and properly allocated across the organization to ensure maximum ROI
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team on both short and long term strategic financial objectives
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgeting, business segment profitability and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting for internal stakeholders
- Advise on long term business and financial planning
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business
- Set a full S&OP cycle through creating a single platform for planning within BI and organization of a recurrent planning cycle involving the entire chain: sales, production, procurement
