Applies biology and advanced microbiology to deeply understand the origin and progression of health problems using DNA analysis with a state-of-the-art AI and machine learning platform
  • ENBIOSIS’ tests and clinical studies measure host/microbe gene expression, using which they discover biomarkers for diagnostic and therapeutic products
  • Consumer business uses these data analyses, and with insights from modern medical science, AI recommends a nutrition and lifestyle plan personalized for you.   • Company is looking for Chief Operations Officer who will manage digital marketing & sales and operations processes

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily business operations, including, sales, marketing, customer support, and operations. Under your capable leadership, each team will have clearly defined goals, performance tracking, and reporting
  • You are responsible for developing and setting achievable and concise performance goals while managing, evaluating, and incorporating changes to the existing process
  • Provide people leadership to attract and retain the best talent through structured development, career and succession planning while helping to build overall team capability to ensure sales excellence
  • Increase channel revenue and new user growth
  • Deliver on target commitments
  • Unlock sales productivity and design and execute a modern inbound and outbound sales process
  • Drive higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with corporate objectives and growth plans, while also enabling scale
  • Serve as a leader across the organization, based on deep expertise in channel and business acumen
  • Advance digital sales strategies and continuously renew sales capabilities, people, and practices in response to an ever-changing environment
  • Manage in-house and outsourced telesales teams
  • Run various marketing efforts to create leads
  • Make sure logistics and customer service process work properly
  • Run company-wide initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, coach sales and service teams
  • Collaborate with in house and outsourced marketing teams to increase the volume and effectiveness of customer acquisition channels

 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Engineering from a reputable university. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in online sales, operations, or business development
  • Experience in online B2C sales is preferred
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English is a must
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analytical, data-driven approach with attention to detail
  • Strong data extraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
  • Excellent customer interface skills, relationship building abilities, and the ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings
  • The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, working effectively under pressure and in growth mode
  • Strong business acumen with excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills to earn trust at all levels
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to roll up sleeves
