Job Duties:
Operational management
Create overall organizational processes and structure.
Achievement of strategic goals (revenue growth, profit, NPS) within the timeframe set by the CEO and business owners
Business performance monitoring
Sales development and scaling
Organization and control of the work of departments, in accordance with the strategy and plans of the company
Optimization of business processes and their regulation
Setting goals and KPIs for managers, monitoring productivity
Interaction with related divisions of the company
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in the position of COO or COO in e-commerce
Diverse experience outside the Russian Federation in the USA will be an advantage
3+ years of experience in cosmetic companies in a managerial position
Experience in personnel management from 10 people is desirable
Work experience in international companies
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
English language advanced or native
Russian language advanced or native
Strong project management skills.
High skill level in analysis and process improvement and negotiation
Good time management and organizational skills
