Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and execution of plans of approved units
- Building the work of departments within the framework of regular management
- Control over financial, leading and resulting indicators
- Analysis of the work of departments, market analysis
- Integration meetings with the sales department
- Meetings with participants (developers)
- Formation of strategic goals for the quarter, 6 months, year
- Adaptation and training of new employees
Professional Skills:
- Market knowledge in Dubai, knowledge of projects
- Experience in real estate or working with VIP clients
- Experience in managing a team (Company with more than 1000 people)
- Experience in an international company is a must
- Experience in building business processes (international companies)
- Knowledge of management
