Httpool is looking for a highly driven and analytical person with a strong business acumen and ‘can do’ mindset to support CEO/Chief Strategy Officer in managing initiatives across business units towards strategic company goals. The role will essentially be the right hand of leadership on the most strategic topics across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Be the right hand of CEO/CSO, take over all kind of operational tasks and projects related to the development, growth and global expansion of the business
- Conduct market analysis and develop reports that will influence company strategy and support crucial management decisions
- Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into a comprehensive strategic plan, monitor the execution of the plan and facilitate initiatives
- Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance
- Support with company-wide communication, reports, and pitch decks
- Ensure all presentation material is impeccable; review storyline, content, design, language and come up with improvement recommendations
- Develop and follow up on action items pertaining to ongoing business strategy
- Assist our C-level with the organization of leadership meetings
Requirements:
- MBA degree from a top-tier business school
- At least 5 years’ experience in a top management consulting firm or in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing/Advertising is a must
- Experience working in a demanding high-growth environment, able to handle several different projects and responsibilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to think strategic, high-level and outside the box
- Very analytical, quick with understanding new subjects - strong knowledge of Excel
- Proven experience in developing engaging, structured, and well-designed business presentations
- Ability to travel frequently and attend global meetings alongside or on behalf of the leadership
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
