Aleph Farms grows beef steaks, from non-genetically engineered and non-immortalized cells isolated from a living cow, without slaughtering the animal and with a significantly reduced impact to the environment. The company was co-founded in 2017 by Didier Toubia, The Kitchen Hub of the Strauss Group, and Professor Shulamit Levenberg from the Biomedical Engineering Faculty at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Aleph Farms released the world’s first cultivated steak in December 2018 and the world’s first cultivated ribeye steak in 2021. The company’s vision is to provide unconditional nutrition for anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Working closely with the CEO and senior management on a long-term strategic process, restructuring the model of operation and developing new growth areas to maximize impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff in a global company
- Business understanding
- Strategic abilities
- Bachelor's degree in management / economics / business administration - an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day operations & coordinating relevant stakeholder outcomes (timelines & quality) in accordance with annual workplan & planning
- Meetings summaries and mission compliance tracking across all operations ecosystems
- Developing a coherent strategy and translating it to a comprehensive multiyear implementation plan
- Annual budget planning, design & day to day control along with ongoing efficiency streamline
- Agile management for all the operational units & projects
