Key responsibilities
Provision of personnel records and maintenance of personnel records management also in a human resource information system in full in accordance with Russian employment laws and company rules
Familiarization of employees with personnel documents, local regulations
Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, maintenance and accounting of work books
Issuance of certificates and other documents at the request of employees
Registration and administration of hiring, transfers, dismissals, vacations
Prepare employment contracts, claims, orders on implementation of company policies
Draft and update job descriptions, staff schedule, benefit brochures and employee handbooks
Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures with a view to improve the efficiency of Moscow Representative Office administration
Maintain compliance of the Representative Office with local law requirements
Review company HR and administrative documents and advise on appropriate action to be taken
Localize company Global and EMEA policies to operations of the Representative Office
Assist EMEA Legal Employment Legal Counsel with employment matters under Russian law
Assist EMEA HR Business Partner and Operational colleague with employment matters of Moscow Representative Office
Assist EMEA Field Legal Counsel with local matters
Report to the Head of the Representative Office
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English languages.
Excellent planning and organization skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Intimate knowledge of and demonstrated experience in principles and practices of personnel administration and employment matters including contentious matters.
Experience in responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
Experience in objectively coaching of employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
Experience in contract law and employment law in the technology industry.
Use judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
Positive attitude and a team player with high level of integrity and professionalism.
Avid learner with a growth mindset and learn it all mentality.
