Company is looking for a bright and smart personality to help the CEO in making the company achieving its short and midterm goals, in organizing, pacing cross-functional projects so that each project team actually carries the ball through the line.
CEO (expat) – is the founder of the company. He is a very charismatic leader and a dynamic entrepreneur with strong focus on business results.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the company’s businesses (strong vertical integration) and goals is a mandatory first step
- Help the company achieving its goals in organizing and pacing both the important cross functional projects and routine management meetings on the behalf of the CEO, i.e. mainly
- Plan and follow up the execution of all main management projects (time and essence wise)
- Draft agendas and minutes of all important management meetings (regular and topic specific)
- Collect all items of the monthly reporting (sales, operations & finance) and analyze them for review with the CEO
- Analyze / handle specific business issues at the request of the CEO
- Detect problems of any nature – business, operations and people – at the earliest possible stage and suggest mitigation strategies
- It also encompasses:
- Communicate and represent the CEO with local authorities (oblast and districts)
- Maintain efficient collaboration / communication between BUs/Support functions leaders
- Be the natural entry point for all employees for communication with the CEO
- Nщ usual administrative tasks taken care of by an assistant to the CEO are part of the scope of work

Requirements:
- Master degree in economics, finance, science, engineering or mathematics
- Cartesian mind oriented towards business and project management (smart, analytical and logical, pragmatic, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ambitious but no show off
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
- High organizational skills
- Good communication skills (including ability of working effectively with diverse audiences, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing)
- Being a “doer”
- A mix of emotional intelligence, judgment and discretion
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional chemistry with CEO and one-on-one dynamic
