Responsibilities:
- Centralization of the marketing function in Thermex Corporation
- Elaboration of a marketing strategy for RUS & CIS, EMEA & APAC in accordance with the strategic goals of the Corporation and its implementation
- Establishment of marketing processes at the corporate level and within certain business units
- Market research and analysis (market trends, market growth opportunities, market share determining, competitor analysis)
- Pricing process organization (pricing strategy, price positioning, price determining)
- Management of the product portfolio, product range, purchasing activities
- Marketing process management (product/brand/promotion/pricing policy/analytics/digital)
- Budgetary responsibility and marketing operations planning by setting realistic yet ambitious financial targets, relevant pricing policy, monitoring performance on an ongoing basis and taking corrective actions where appropriate
- Planning of all the marketing activities and events and their implementation
- Ensuring KPIs achievement (gross margin, market share, revenue)
- Creating a professional marketing team in different regions of corporate presence
- Operational management of the marketing department
- Reporting to the CEO of Thermex Corporation
- Work in the matrix management system
Requirements:
- Successful career as a marketing manager/director for at least 5 years
- Successful experience of new markets development
- HVAC market experience will be an advantage
- Expertise and skills of marketing tools application: research, goods/product range, positioning, promotion, communication policy, competitor analysis, etc.
- Ability to elaborate and implement strategy, as well as capability to amend the action course depending on the changing situation in the market and within the company
