Indoleads is currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team.

 

Indoleads is considered as one of the leading platform in the affiliate marketing industry.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

Plan and execute all digital marketing & PR strategy, including SEO marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Build and deliver strategy with performance marketing department (SEM)
Design, build and maintain our social media presence with the constant increase of social media traffic.
Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns.
Monitor effectiveness of the strategy and creativity, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Oversee project budgets and work with the team to track and forecast.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
Identify new channels and creative opportunities for the company to market itself in
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Promote company services & share data insights through constant postings on relevant sources.

 

Whom are we looking for?

Have 2+ years of experience in the relevant position.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO (at least with agency supervision)/, Google Analytics
Familiarity with web design
Connections with relevant sources (digital marketing, tech etc)
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Highly data-driven, possessing a strong ability to use insights to frame recommendations and implement action plans.
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Independency and farsighted mindset.
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
