About you:
- Experienced professional in B2C international marketing ready for new challenges on growing meaningful, innovative, high social impact product
- Personally interested in EdTech / Language learning / Web3
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in another language is a plus
- Results-driven, reliable, collaborative
- Fast learner
What you will do:
- International brand management & storytelling
- Drive marketing communication worldwide (focus on digital marketing, Influencer marketing & PR)
- Plan and execute KPI based Marketing strategy
- Hire and manage the marketing team
- Cooperate with the founders, product development and customer success teams
- Improve the results of the registered users engagement and conversion funnels
- Set up analytic tools and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years as CMO or relative position
- Brand management and communications for international online B2C products
- Analytic skills and mindset
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Experience in building marketing teams and processes for new products
