The project seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead its global marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical savvy, creative energy, and strategic acumen to elevate the brand in the competitive proxy server market. Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits of existing marketing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Configuring and optimizing marketing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Drive growth through targeted digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, Email -marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing campaigns
- Strengthening relationships with key partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as a CMO with a proven track record in the tech industry
- Experience in international markets, with a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and cultural nuance
- Experience with product marketing
- Analytical / strategic / systematic approach
- Fluency in Russian and excellent English proficiency to effectively communicate with our global team and partners
- Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
