What you will do:
Develop and implement a holistic strategy for promoting of own-production m2m equipment and SaaS services under two umbrella brands across all the regions of presence (Russia, South America, India, Europe — 110 countries in total), including using the existing partners’ network;
Perform required localization and adaptation of promo campaigns considering regional and country-specific features;
Analyze the users’ interaction with the company’s brands, products, and services, adjust on a real-time basis tactical campaigns to achieve the defined indicators;
Establish a practice of regular marketing analysis (market, trends, competitors, products, services, consumers, successful practices);
Structure and organize teamwork, establish cooperation with other subdivisions to speed up the launch of new products, manage the activity of allocated resources and outsource teams, supervise processes and ensure observance of the projects implementation deadlines;
Build up end-to-end analytics, define OKR, monitor their achievement, make adjustments, considering external influences, and secure the changes.
Who we are looking for:
5+ years of work experience in a similar position in Telecom/IT/Fintech/Edtech;
Knowledge of promotion tools and proven successful experience in implementing multi-channel marketing strategies for medium and large companies;
Profound knowledge in the field of digital, affiliate, and performance marketing;
Knowledge in the field of methods of web and mobile apps customization;
knowledge of Google Analytics, GTP, Yandex. Metrica, Yandex App, BI platforms;
Experience in bringing new products and digital services to the global market;
Organization of the subdivision’s work using flexible project management methodologies (Scrum);
High level of communication skills, ability to develop a captivating idea, be a team leader, readiness for cross-functional interaction within a company having a complex organizational structure;
Fluent English.
