В IT-компанию Roonyx ищут Chief Marketing Officer.
Roonyx is an international software development company with presence in the U.S. and Russia. They equip small and medium businesses with custom-made web & mobile apps, providing easy and efficient tools to reach goals, explore and conquer new markets.
Clients are from Europe, USA, Australia, Asia. Team is distributed and has departments of PM, Design, Marketing, Web и Mobile development, QA, Global Sales и HD.
Technological process of development is built according to Scrum/ Kanban.
Tasks:
- Generate incoming and increase outcoming leads in a close partnership with the Sales Department
- Maintain accounts in social networks (create content plans for copywriters, check the texts and have them proof-read, take control over their implementation and posting, work with designers)
- Develop strategies for new products and events’ launching
- Launch and promote new products and services (including webinars, training courses, seminars, conferences, etc.)
- Develop a marketing strategy and a plan with certain KPIs and deadlines, provide the weekly reporting
- Carry out marketing researches
- Launch marketing commercials
- Raise the Company to a new level by winning awards, indexing, increasing the level of the Citation and Brand Indexes
- Test and proof your own proactive and creative ideas to improve the process and achieve new meaningful metrics
- Analyze strategic goals and new marketing opportunities
Requirements:
- Work experience in IT companies and B2B areas
- Fluent English (spoken level is B1-B2, written level is B2-C1)
- Conversational Russian
- Active life position, well-developed communication skills, ability to manage people thoughtfully and respectfully
- Ability to clearly explain and set the tasks
- Passion for IT, a good and clear understanding of business and fintech industry

Conditions:
- Remote work 8 hours per day
- Probation period: 3 months
- Payment once a month in USD
- Salary $1500 - 2500
