As the team continues to grow, the company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be able to build and develop a complex user acquisition system at the intersection of business, marketing, analytics, and modern technologies. The company needs a true leader, an experienced professional who shares the culture and values.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices in Ireland, Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Armenia, Kazakhstan, or remote work from other countries. Find out more here.
Tasks:
- Developing a long-term user acquisition strategy
- Devising a development strategy for creatives
- Developing a system for marketing analytics and automation
- Building and nurturing relationships with our partners
- Leading the marketing team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the mobile game industry
- 1+ years experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role
- Understanding of how the main user acquisition channels work: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSP, Network
- Understanding of the technical aspects of marketing
- Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Advanced level of English
