В Яндекс.Погоду требуется Chief Marketing Officer.

 

About the role:

  • Yandex.Weather is the most popular B2C product on the Russian market. Offers hyperlocal real-time weather information based on proprietary weather forecasting technology. Powered by machine learning, it gives accurate forecasts and analytics at the level of individual neighborhoods across the world
  • Company is now in the process of developing and scaling weather-related B2B products for markets in Latin America, MENA, Pacific Asia and USA. With that in mind, company is hiring a new team and looking for a CMO
  • Company is looking for an experienced CMO to join growing team. In this role, you'll create, execute, and fully own marketing plan to drive the growth of products globally. There are 4 directions of business to deal with: B2C and B2B, Russia and global market
  • Now there is one member in marketing team. Company expects that the candidate will lead the overall marketing direction, hire and grow a team. But at the same time, initially company expects you to work with your own hands on B2B SaaS solutions

 

Responsibilities:

  • Shaping marketing strategy, help with common product vision
  • Develop and execute campaigns that achieve quarterly pipeline goals
  • Manage the demand budget, report on pipeline attribution, and continually optimize and A/B test campaigns to achieve the best-in-class results
  • Launch integrated campaigns across multiple paid and unpaid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Email, Display, Direct Mail, and more
  • Help product team to find product and market fit
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and copywriting, to implement conversion optimization strategies and initiatives
  • Utilize web analytics and other tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, on each step of the funnel
  • Grow and manage the marketing team

 

Qualifications:

  • Five years of relevant experience in marketing of complex products
  • Understanding of our particular industry
  • Proven experience of marketing development and team growing from the scratch
  • Proven experience in optimizing conversion funnels for products, with a track record of achieving measurable improvements in conversion rates
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • B2 proficiency in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS products marketing
  • Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic will be an advantage
  • It will be a great if you have experience as CMO in an international startup
