Lev Haolam e-commerce company with a great social mission. It supports Jewish business owners in Judea and Samaria who are suffering of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. Members in 130 countries around the world receive monthly subscription packages filled with goods produced by the families and small businesses of Judea and Samaria.

Who company is looking for:
Company is looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer, with experience in USA e-commerce market, who will help them build highly impactful marketing and communications strategy and plan, analyze data, and track performance and reach to customers all around know the world who wish to help Israel and its people.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze product, relevant markets, develop product positioning
  • Analyze and segment target audience
  • Determine potential market share and ways to reach it
  • Identify relevant communication channels
  • Develop detailed marketing strategy: strategic direction, targeted KPI's, necessary resources, potential risks, time frame
  • Use data-driven approach developing strategies & plans
  • Based on agreed roadmap set up clear metrics & KPI’s, ensuring marketing plan implementation, constantly track performance
  • Perform CustDev and work with hypothesis: test, analyse, scale
  • Build & lead marketing team (in-house & outsource), set tasks and track completion
  • Diversify company's profile by introducing and developing new products
  • Ensure strategy sustainability taking into consideration possible external influences

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

Required:

  • Experience working in B2C e-commerce companies
  • Experience working in the US market (min 1 year)
  • Higher education in marketing or professional training
  • Experience developing marketing strategies
  • Experience building marketing function "from scratch"
  • Skills to build and managed marketing team
  • Working with multiple advertising channels (FB, e-mail marketing, CRM, video, SMM, bloggers, telemarketing, Youtube, quiz-marketing)
  • Data-driven approach in taking decisions, work with analytics
  • Experience in CustDev and work with hypothesis: test, analyze, scale
  • Foreign languages: English (C1), Russian – (C1) – communication with team is in Russian
  • Ability to demonstrate portfolio, actual cases
