Crypto startup is looking for an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer.
The right candidate will have experience creating a global brand in blockchain space. The ideal candidate is blockchain-obsessed and is dedicated to making us heard within crypto-community.
You'll Spend Your Time:
- Building and leading a marketing team setting up extraordinary goals
- Overseeing all marketing operations, responsible for developing the marketing strategy and vision for all the markets in which the business operates in: EMEA, Asia, North America
- Setting the vision and strategy for the marketing function to support the overall priorities and objectives
- Developing a marketing plan but also overseeing its day-to-day implementation
- Working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and other internal team members to provide PR-support to products
- Ensuring that marketing operations, branding, communications are unified and reflect the business tone of voice
- Creating a solid network of strategic partnerships
You Should Apply If:
- 5+ years of chief marketing officer or similar role; preferably, in a fast-growing IT start-up
- Deep understanding and/or a user of DeFi products (mandatory)
- Proven success building a global team and setting the overall marketing strategy
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Have a deep understanding of online marketing & e-commerce
- Exceptional communication skills and good grasp of data analytics
- Ability and agility to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
