Mokka is searching for a Chief marketing officer (Russia and CEE).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
To lead all aspects of the Company’s marketing strategy and execution across core markets and to shape the multi-year roadmap for the company’s brand-building to deliver on the Company’s strategy and growth plans
To form and lead a strong and driven marketing team to execute all core areas of marketing function, including:
Brand management and marketing
Performance marketing, SEO, SMM
PR
Reputation management
CRM
Partnership/Trade marketing
Art/creative direction
To generate ideas, design, implement and drive all aspects of the company’s marketing and communication programs
Select, negotiate, and oversee work of key vendors/suppliers including creative agencies, digital agency, PR agency, Influences marketing agency
Define targets, budgets, and detailed plans for all areas of marketing
Ensure disciplined and timely execution of plans to align with key seasons of partners and consumers
Ensure consistency of brand, its values, and messages across all communications
Provide strong leadership and input into the overall development priorities of the business
Requirements:
Experience as a CMO in a fast-growing company, ideally in the payments, e-commerce, or technology sectors
Experience and results in building brand awareness across channels with both B2B and B2C audiences
Experience with key marketing competencies, inc. brand and digital marketing, PR, CRM, partnership marketing
Strong team leadership and communication skills, ability to recruit and develop talent, inspire and set the direction for teams across markets
Strong focus on execution discipline and results orientation
Analytic mind, data-driven, problem-solving approach
Aspiration to grow and develop professionally, take on challenges, new opportunities, be in a fast-paced environment, ready to be at the center of key decisions shaping our company
Network and relationships with key partners, vendors, creative agencies among various marketing specializations
