А Moscow headquartered Group of Companies providing IT engineering and system integration services and solutions with focus on cloud, information security, network technologies and multimedia solutions is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, PR and Communications.

 

Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. The key tasks will be to centralize the marketing function for the Group of companies and to launch a comprehensive re-branding program.

 

Responsibilities
Define marketing strategies to support the Company’s overall strategies and objectives
Centralize the distributed marketing functions into an effective structure.
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals including motivation development, KPI scheme improvement etc.
Plan and organize marketing functions and operations: digital products development and launching for b2b and b2g, branding, communications etc.
“Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
Effectively operate the budget and P&L responsibility.
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
Reporting to the First Deputy General Director.
Location: Moscow.

 

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in large IT companies, Internet, Telco, Banking or Retail industries.
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.), launching digital products.
Successful experience of participatingin the Company’s rebranding activities (from initiatives to office environment creation).
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.).
A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Russian language is essential.
