В Авито требуется Chief Marketing Officer (Auto).
Details of Auto specifics as of strategy: Auto consists of 2 categories: Comtrans and Autocars.
- Autocars - mature business with force competition, complex relatively narrow target audience difficult to get/attract. Here is the need to set-up processes underdeveloped in Avito marketing (for example currently - special projects, but this can be changed based on goals\target audience specifics)
- In Comtrans there is a goal of new business development
- Auto Vertical is very complex in terms of product and business units - there is a need for search for synergies (autoteka, transaction, classified, dealers) - soft skills of integrator & game changer becoming very important
Responsibilities:
Marketing and communication strategy for Auto:
- Defining marketing target audience segmentation and positioning
- Competitive marketing benchmarking and assessment of Avito's probability to win vs. them
- Defining marketing goals: image and awareness/consideration, users growth/engagement/retention metrics
- Defining key marketing instruments (internal and external) and their usage sequence and scale
- Defining key partnerships’ opportunities
Definition and implementation of Goods's cross-category marketing plan:
- Integrated campaigns planning including all media, offline and internal Avito marketing channels
- Pre- and post- effectiveness assessment of the marketing plan
- Efficiency improvement initiatives: initiating and implementing marketing innovation test projects
- Responsibility for marketing compliance and risk management questions
Auto marketing budget responsibility:
- Responsible for buyers and TRX buyers total Auto
- Shares responsibility for Revenue with ASD
- Responsible for annual budget forecasting and forecasting accuracy for the Auto in total,
- Responsible for detailed monthly forecasting and accuracy
- Sizing and structuring of overbudget and investment marketing budget requests
- Approval of tender requests and marketing expenses within budgeting limits
Auto marketing team management:
- Defining and defending marketing team structure for cross-category programs in Auto
- Recruitment, development and performance assessment of in Auto marketing team.
- Succession plans definition for key marketing roles of the vertical
- Engagement and motivation of vertical's marketing team management
Cross-functional team management:
- Defining vertical's requirements for dotted-line teams
- Contributing to hiring of key marketing teams in Central marketing/other verticals' upon request
Long-term strategy development for the vertical and vertical's categories and marketed products together with vertical Business development, Product, Sales and Strategy teams:
- Initiating key product changes required for successful marketing of the vertical
- Customer journey map: defending key changes required for efficient marketing funnel - together with product & business development teams
- Identifying brand related challenges and actions needed for effective vertical's marketing - together with central team
Requirements:
- Knowledge of big digital products (even if b2b than massively used b2b like Yandex Direct) marketing trends\practices and competitors (incl. abroad markets) proven by:
- 12+ years solid experience in marketing incl.
- 5+ years of experience in big digital products marketing
- 5+ years of experience of leading a team: experience recruiting, motivating, inspiring marketing team
- Experience of 1bln + budget management (proven success campaigns)
Must have:
- Experience of marketing strategy definition and execution with focus on positioning, branding and digital implementation (perf + media)
- Problem solving advanced skill - analytical skill + justification for senior stakeholders
- Proven experience of complex data analysis for product/product marketing programs set-up and execution (ROI based a as plus)
- Experience managing and collaborating with internal/external teams of excellence (creative, media, events, SMM, performance, CRM)
- Experience leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns
- Curiosity for technology and the future evolution of user experience in IT
- Cross-functional experience in product, business development, sales or strategic consulting as a plus
- English - advanced
