Ренейссанс Девелопмент – это инвестиционная компания в сфере коммерческой недвижимости. Специализируется в области поиска/продажи земельных участков под строительство, инвестиций, девелопмента и управления офисами, деловыми и торговыми центрами по всей стране, включая Москву, Санкт-Петербурга и регионы.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of work of Legal department consisting of 6 lawyers and 2 assistants (main activities: development, asset management, sale of real estate, shopping mall management, office complex management, bank financing, corporate law)
- Preparation and control over execution of action plans, relating to corporate restructuring transactions and financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating documentation relating to purchase and sale of real estate assets
- Reviewing contracts with price over 100 000 USD
- Controlling the work of Litigator within the Legal department, taking decisions on approaches and strategy of recovery of debts
- Reviewing Memos of understanding with potential partners, NDAs
- Managing certain activities of Group’s SPV (for example, rearranging land lease agreements) and communicating with state authorities
- Communicating with law enforcement authorities in case of checks, examinations or various investigative actions
- Providing legal advice to various departments of the company
- Planning the workload of legal department, approving vacations, arranging additional training of lawyers, controlling performance of tasks
General requirements and qualifications:
- 10+ years of work experience as a lawyer
- The candidate should have successfully managed legal departments for 5 years
- Strong knowledge of civil law, experience in development and asset management, experience in arranging bank financing
- Good knowledge of business and conversational English, ability to work in English, draft and comment legal texts in English
