В IT-компанию Turpal требуется Chief Growth Officer.

 

Turpal is a cutting-edge B2B2C software solution designed to help travel professionals, such as tour operators, travel agents, OTAs and destination management companies, streamline their operations and boost sales of tours, activities, and attractions at their destinations.
Turpal is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join team. The CGO will be responsible for driving business growth, fundraising efforts, and overseeing strategic initiatives to expand Turpal's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, fundraising, and operational management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, aligning it with Turpal's overall vision and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential investors to secure funding for Turpal's expansion
  • Lead and manage the fundraising process, including investor relations, pitch deck creation, due diligence, and negotiation of investment terms
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, and travel professionals
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement growth-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient processes and effective utilization of resources
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and growth targets to evaluate and optimize Turpal's performance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and fundraising, preferably in the travel or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of investment processes, due diligence, and negotiation of investment terms
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective growth strategies
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
  • Familiarity with the travel industry, B2B marketplaces, and online platforms is highly desirable
