Chief Gaming Producer
As the Chief Game Producer, you are expected to lead the passionate and enthusiastic production team for one of the most exciting GameFi projects and the first high-quality Web3 gaming metaverse. This role will manage the teams, drive execution, and take on a large portion of responsibility in order to deliver the results.
The team is looking for a self-driven professional, capable of jumping into issues headfirst, and able to demonstrate extensive experience in building mobile game technology and operations. A strong understanding of game development processes and game design principles is a must.
What You’ll Do:
Execute and deliver a new upcoming Web3 shooter game by managing all aspects of the production team
Maintain a high-quality experience for players and developers by coordinating with teams across all verticals to make sure that processes run smoothly and improvements can be identified and addressed quickly
Develop game features with the team of lead designers, artists, and engineers
Collaborate with remote and outsourced teams to ensure that the schedule aligns with upstream dependencies
Audit resources and build a timeline of the game development process
Support hiring efforts and team scaling
Track progress and milestones directly with the CEO
Who You Are:
Have 5+ years of experience in gaming and blockchain projects
Have a profound background in managing multidisciplinary teams
Passionate about PC & Mobile Gaming, Game Development, Web3, and Blockchain
Understand the GameFi industry
A self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
Comfortable with both conceptual and practical aspects of game design
Have strong creative skills and the ability to analyze with critical judgment gameplay systems
Can create and improve complex mechanics and/or systems with attention to the player impacts and downstream effects
Experienced with creating impactful monetization projects covering ideation, scoping, design, and execution
Have a positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback
Experienced with Slack, ClickUp, Miro, and other project management tools
