Leading full service property management company. A successful candidate will have a University degree in economics and at least five (5) years’ experience as a financial executive. The CFO reports directly to the General Director of the company.
Must have skills:
- The candidate has to have an experience of managing more than 10 companies (holding managing structure)
- The candidate has to have an experience working with international company
- Having an experience in real estate (companies - owner, manager and redeveloper)
- Education and experience in Corporate business functions
- The Tax aspect for the international company understanding
- SOx (Sarbanes-Oxley) and an experience working with external auditors
- English: proficiency level in financial vocabulary and business language
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management
Responsibilities:
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications:
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7-10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
- IFRS Reporting; Compliance, SOX & Risk assessments
- Additional modules courses from Executive Real Estate Education Program
