The CFO for our company is one of the key members of the top team. For company it is a person with proven experience in building an International trading company with distributed teams around the world, who owns and manages business - critical processes in each remote office, taking into account the Legal and Mental characteristics of each country of presence.
What you have to do:
- Providing support for operational and strategic decision-making at the highest and middle management levels. Reliable and timely data submission to obtain maximum efficiency from all resources and means used, including:
- Ensuring the creation, administration and development of a management accounting and reporting system
- Management of the accounting and reporting system
- Management of setting business goals, planning, forecasting and analysis processes
- Coordination and support of cross-functional projects to optimize business processes, including their automation
- Support for a unified methodology of the decision-making process. Providing modeling, analysis and control over the execution of investment decisions
- Financial modeling, forecasting and monitoring of the achievement of financial indicators
- Monthly analysis of the financial condition of the Group of Companies in the context of business structures
- Provide the business with the necessary capital:
- Working capital management, ensuring the solvency and liquidity of the company in accordance with strategic goals and development plans
- Ensuring credit control of accounts receivable
- Working capital efficiency management (optimal level and quality of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventories and other elements of the working cycle)
- Managing the debt portfolio of the business. Optimization of volume and cost, subsidies and benefits, ensuring their attraction in accordance with business needs
- Leadership in the processes of attracting debt capital and ensuring communication with: Banks of the Russian Federation, Europe, UAE; Private investors; Funds; The securities market
- Implementation of productive tax planning and tax risk management to ensure optimal tax burden on business
- Cross-functional provision of full-cycle risk management (identification, evaluation, selection of mitigation tools, control over the execution of decisions), including economic (price, currency, interest rate, liquidity) and legislative risks in the field of companies in different countries
- Creation, administration and ensuring the development of the internal control system of the business for the preservation of assets and elimination of losses
- Ensuring the formulation of all processes of the financial block, the formation and development of a cohesive and effective team
- Responsibility for all financial activities, providing decision support and financial analysis of strategic plans
What is company looking for in candidates:
Hard Skills:
- More than 10 years of experience in large international companies. At each place - at least 3 years of experience and there is a fact of career growth
- Experience working with distributed teams on different continents
- Specialized education; CFA / CIMA - will be an advantage. International MBA is welcome
- Knowledge of modern methods of methodology and organization of management accounting, financial planning, budgeting
- Experience in trading companies with a modern management system and automation of business processes
- Deep understanding of accounting, tax, currency legislation, internal regulations and instructions of tax and similar government services in different countries of presence
- Current practical experience of interaction with fiscal authorities, understanding of their current work, trends of changes
- Experience in automation and implementation of management accounting
- Systematic experience in business risk management
