OCT Clinical Trials is one of the leading CROs in Russia, with operations in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS region. The company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer responsible for planning, implementation, managing and running of all financial activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Organization of management accounting and budgeting
Formulation and implementation of a consolidated reporting system for different projects and activities of the group of companies
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing preparation of all financial reporting
Assessment and optimization or restructuring of the finance department
Automation of accounting and control processes
Analysis of financial and economic activities
Development and implementation of measures aimed at optimizing and increasing efficiency of company’s resources’ utilization
Assessment of the financial efficiency of contracts, preparation of proposals for their optimization
Requirements:
Higher education (economics / finance / accounting), at least 5 years relevant working experience.
IFRS knowledge will be an advantage.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to different people.
Strong project management skills and experience in development and implementation of new financial systems and business processes.
Strong executive presence with the ability to present in front of leadership
Ability to take decisions and take responsibility.
Multitasking.
High tolerance for stress.
