В образовательную компанию Educate Online ищут Chief Financial Officer.

Currently, company is looking for Chief Financial Officer (non-Genesis) for the product company Educate Online Inc.
Educate Online Inc helps children from 4 to 19 years old from Russia and the CIS to study remotely in foreign private schools.
Responsibilities:
- Build the work of the team of the financial department and form a training program for the employees of the department
- Will build management reporting (consolidation of Russia, USA, India)
- Will build a P&L assembly in different granularity (country, school, course)
- Will be able to implement a flexible NetLTV/CAC calculation methodology
- Will build a cool process of financial modeling from business, budgeting, control, and analysis of factor analysis of deviations
- Prepare a dataset and learn how to regularly and honestly calculate the unit economy, be able to identify and manage the risks of exiting the project economy
- Knows how to work deeply with Excel / Google Sheets, no-code automation systems, knowledge of SQL, Tableau will be a plus (if you don’t know → it doesn’t matter, company’ll teach you)
- Will be able to raise financial literacy among all employees of the company
- Company is looking for a person who will be not just a "reporting printer", but who will want to deeply understand what we are doing and why, and will take part in shaping the strategy and promoting effective financial decisions
