A multinational technology company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Managing the process of financial budget and forecasting in consideration of defined standards
Supporting local GM in driving the company (revenue and profitability), developing the business and maintaining competitiveness on the market
Support of sales team (distributors) and activities — numbers, strategy, plan-fact analysis
Directing proper and timely financial controlling on defined financial policies and legal regulations
Preparing financial reports, cash management, audit, tax, legal, corporate documents, etc.
Evaluating the capital structure of the company as well as controlling the investment budgets
Managing the team of financial controllers and financial analysts
Participating in team meetings to provide summary of financial operations of the company and discuss strategic financial opportunities, insurance, audit, corporate documents, etc.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
In depth knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Fluency in English
Experience in international working environment (IT, FMCG, Pharma)
Degree in Accounting/Finance
10+ years of relevant experience
