Leading Technology Company is looking for Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
To help support the Group’s global growth plans in b2b and b2c.
To lead all of the Group’s Finance teams (financial control, reconciliation, accounting, legal, credit control, FP&A)
To be a partner to the CEO and the Board in all matters that have to do with finance, accounting, and legal
To provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance, accounting, and legal teams (over 30 team members)
To Work with the commercial, finance and legal teams to help establish international operations (legal entities, tax structuring, local bank accounts)
To Support the CEO on capital raising activities (equity and debt)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a senior finance officer or relevant role. Solid IFRS and financial reporting technical skills.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and financial forecasting methods. Strong financial modeling experience
International and growth mindset
Strategic vision
Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills.
Top-notch leadership skills
MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent is a plus. CFA is a plus. Investment banking and consulting experience is a plus
Fluent English.
