Аn international fintech company P2P which specializes in non-custodial staking for institutional investors is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Management of the company’s financial function:
Preparation of the consolidated budget
Regular monitoring and reporting
Maintaining management and statutory accounts, including P&L
Cash flow and balance sheet management
Transaction block management (payments to employees and counterparties)
Building and implementation of strategy to prepare the company for publicity:
Bringing financial statements up to standard
Consolidation of profit and cash flow centers
Implementation and monitoring of other procedures to obtain regulatory approval
Manage the due diligence process and analyze financial and business risks of potential investments:
Risk assessment, preparation of judgments
Participating in preparations for fundraising
Assessment and structuring of transactions
Automation of processes (with the possibility of outsourcing):
Building a team to delegate operational and daily tasks
Participation in the grading procedure, building incentive systems

Requirements:
5 or more years of experience in a CFO position, preferably in IT, Fintech
M&A, Big 4 experience
Experience in IPO or SPAC would be an advantage
Experience in investment analysis is a must
Experience of independently preparing consolidated statements and statements of disclosure;
English: advanced at must, fluent preferred
Higher education (economics, technical)
MBA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA certificates an advantage
Strong analytical skills, ownership, high personal responsibility
Interest in financial markets, general knowledge of finance and investments.
