- Вертикальная интеграция (от своих источников трафика до собственных CPA офферов)
- Наращивание собственной экспертизы в медиабаинге (путем непрерывных улучшений команда создала ряд процессов и технологий, которые позволяют получать доход с медиабаинга выше рынка)

Ключевой целью является развитие компании, и сейчас команда готова инвестировать в создание арбитражных команд и проектов в сфере Affiliate Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Optimise the Group's financial strategy, financial structure and cash flows
- Supervise the Group's operations in various jurisdictions: Cyprus, UAE, Armenia
- Develop, implement and monitor the processes of budgeting, cost classification, cost optimisation and cost reduction, financial risk management of the Group of Companies and regular financial audits
- Improve and automate financial, tax, accounting and management accounting systems
- Develop, implement and monitor management (P&L, CF, Balance), accounting and consolidated reporting systems
- Develop and analyse the Group's long-term business model, payback and success criteria for business development, proactively find organic growth points
- Implement financial benchmarking across the Group. Provide monthly financial benchmarking report of the company's branches, financial factor analysis of the reasons for financial performance dynamics
- Organise the activities of the finance department, with a focus on finding opportunities to meet the needs of internal customers with maximum benefit to the business within the framework of the company's mission
Qualifications:
- Experience as a financial director in High Risk Companies is a must for us
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- 3+ years in financial leadership (online entertainment/gaming/digital marketing)
- Finance software, Programs for analytics and visualisation of reports and indicators (Power BI), MS Office skills
- Experience with automatization at the same time readiness for the first time to work by hands
- Analytical and global thinking
- Experience in multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of Cyprus financial regulations (a plus)
- Understanding of automated financial systems (a plus)
