RoboFinance - разработчик продуктов для международного fintech-холдинга, успешно развивающийся в Европе и Азии с 2013 года и специализирующийся на частных инвестициях и потребительском кредитовании (как в режиме онлайн, так и в автономном режиме).
The companies of group have been launched and are successfully operating in 8 countries of the world (Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain, Croatia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India).
At the moment company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join the team. Chief Financial Officer (Philippines) - reports to Group CFO and assists in managing local budgeting, accounting, financial projections, treasury and reporting functions.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure financial statements, cash flow, offline branch performance and variance analysis, and related statements are prepared on time. Ensure providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
- Provide direction to all financial operations to insure corporate financial data is as accurate and timely as possible and accounting systems are reliable and efficiently implemented
- Develop, recommend and direct all short term and long-range financial plans consistent with corporate strategies
- Suggest and implement ideas for savings and additional revenue generation
- Analyze financial information provided by local financial team and identify trends in financial performance
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new products/ strategies and regulatory action
- Coordinate external audits performed by corporate auditors and third-party entities ensuring timely, accurate and professional representation of all information provided
- Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position and cash management
- Identify potential business opportunities or improvements
- Ensure tax compliance on a local level, tax planning and optimization
- Ensure Group’s internal controls implementation on local level
- Ensure implementation of accounting systems
- Performs other duties as assigned by Group CFO
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analysis
- Understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, collection functions
- Extensive experience in Financial Management, Financial Reporting and handling of treasury related matters in the Philippines or other APAC countries
- Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, review of financial statements, preparation and review of financial budgets/forecasts and analyzing periodic variances
- Worked on the implementation & sustainment of accounting systems
- Experience in external and internal auditing
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with data-set analysis
- Perfect knowledge of English
- Willingness to relocate to the Philippines
