An Indian-Russian Joint Venture company is looking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Participate in key decisions as a member of the TOP management team;
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans;
Develop financial and tax strategies;
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes, report plans to the Board of Directors;
Manage the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury departments;
Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies;
Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced;
Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems;
Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions as one of the company’s team leader;
Report financial results to the Board of Directors;
Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry;
Construct and monitor reliable control systems;
Report risk issues to the audit committee or directly to the Board of Directors;
Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendation;
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
Arrange for debt financing and equity financing;
Invest funds;
Invest pension funds;
Maintain banking relationships.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a master’s degree in accounting or business administration;
10+ years of progressive experience in finance;
Skills in other languages, first of all in Russian, Perfect English language, Perfect Hindi;
Readiness for frequent business trips and for the permanent stay in India (New Delhi).
