Finstek is a leading technology provider focusing on providing cutting-edge MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions, order routing and execution, liquidity aggregation, reporting and other fintech solutions for institutions operating in the financial markets. Now the company is looking for a Chief financial officer.
Responsibilities
Manage finances of group of companies
Work to increase revenue and net profits
Work to protect finances and the vital assets of the company
Close the books correctly, and communicate value and any risk issues to shareholders
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Tax planning, provision of the tax security and tax optimisation in all foreign entities
Closely oversee cost reduction and procurement, pro-actively cut expenses
Day-to-day control of the financial discipline and payments approval, enforcing two-step approvals
Select and install new cross-group accounting system
Requirements
20+ years of relevant work experience (in any of financial services, global finance, brokerage), including a minimum of 5 years working as a CFO of a global organisation
International work experience on all points
Degree in finance, technology or economics (degree/certificate in MBA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA will be an advantage)
Practical knowledge of the key areas of accounting and tax systems
Experience in automation and implementation of management accounting
Fluent written and spoken English
