В FinTech-компанию MoonExpert ищут Chief Financial Officer.
MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. Provides a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.
What is to be done:
- Coordinate the annual operating, capital, and project budgets
- Effective management of liquidity and balances
- Work with the senior management to efficiently develop the general approach to budget process, financial reports, provide access to project finance information, and manage contract/grant compliance and reporting
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement
- Developing and opening up new markets
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Work with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process
- Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
Expectations from the candidate:
- Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of international experience as CFO or relevant executive leadership positions
- Experience in Ecommerce/ Fintech / IT industry preferred
- Strategic mindset
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
