The company was founded in 2016 to develop investments in Georgia by pursuing profitable and socially responsible projects privately using all modern tools.
Job characteristics:
- Working schedule: full-time, mainly online
- Salary / renumeration: to be negotiated
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Excel)
- Intermediate and above level of English
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance or Business Administration will be considered as an advantage
Main Functions:
- Establishing sufficient, international level financial reporting to the Director and the founding board of the company
- Supervision of LLC GeoHolding accountant's weekly and monthly reports, annual financial statements and budgeting, guiding on corporate governance rules and on how to report to the Director and the Founding Board
- Supervising the accountants of LLC GeoHolding in budgeting business activities, introducing procedures that result in four eyes principles for the production of the Financial Statements, monthly and annual, using the existing staff of the company
- Introducing the procedures for continuous closing of accounts at least annually to the accountant
- Supervising the accountant of LLC GeoHolding to prepare cash flow projections
- The CFO should be able to do budgeting, financial modeling and business plan creation
- Providing guidelines on the cash flow, investment and asset management areas. These guidelines should also include recommendations on potential risks and returns
