Key responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow to meet the company needs and optimize free cash utilization;
- Improve the financial reporting system and budgeting process;
- Ensure financial reporting quality, monitor and review the quality of financial statements, interact with employees and the company’s Executive management team;
- Create effective budgeting process: budget planning, execution and monitoring of financial plans;
- Ensure timely settlements with company counterparties (suppliers and vendors, tax authorities, personnel) in order to fulfill the obligations of the Company;
- Ensure economic and financial security of the enterprise;
- Apply best practices and the basic control cycles;
- Report on internal control measures;
- Ensure effective work within a distributed financial department team;
- Automate accounting process and the financial department operation;
- Audit existing business processes, develop proposals for their optimization;
- Participate in various projects of the Company.
Requirements:
- Degree in finance, economics or business administration. Additional training and courses in the field of finance would be an asset;
- Good spoken English skills (business and financial terms);
- At least 3 years of experience as CFO/Deputy CFO in one company;
- Experience in international jurisdictions/implementing international projects is a must;
- Experience in finance/ brokerage / fintech / IT / e-commerce will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of IFRS, RAS (preferably), tax accounting system;
- Experience in automation of routine accounting;
- Ability to shape the Company’s tax policy and find ways to optimize taxation;
- Knowledge of the banking services market, lending conditions and options;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data; analyze the information and present the results in writing;
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for the outcome;
- Highly organized, result-oriented, analytic mindset, efficiency and accuracy in performing multiple tasks.
