European Cryptocurrency Company is looking for Chief Financial Officer with deep understanding crypto business.
Duties:
- Team: Build a horizontal finance team across trading, payments, and listings product teams to ensure the integrity of any transaction. Raise your successor from day one and contribute to hiring a C-level IPO team. Reinforce high-performance culture within the team
- Reporting: Develop and automate the financial and OKR reporting system, and hire a comptroller
- Budgeting: Manage company budgeting, quarterly OKRs, and related bonuses
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with the requirements of regulators for financial transactions by building reporting, KYC, - AML processes, regulating customer access to services, and by obtaining the necessary licenses
- Audit: Lead the company through the audit process
- Risks: Prevent financial risks, develop and manage risk policies and systems company-wide, including the trading desk and custody
- Liquidity: Manage cash and ensure company has enough liquidity overall and specifically on the trading desk

Required:
- From 3+ years as a head of a financial function with a high-pace company (fintech preferred)
- Deep understanding specific of crypto business
- CPA, ACCA certificates will be an advantage
- Understanding of modern practice in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- High-pace self-starter, able to overachieve under pressure
- English level Upper-intermediate and above (B2 minimum, preferably C), practical experience in the language environment
