Responsibilities:
Strategic planning of business financial activities;
Development and implementation of the budgeting system;
Organization of the process of financial and management accounting, control of its implementation;
Preparation of consolidated and management reporting;
Conducting a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities, analysis of the economic efficiency of project costs, preparation of proposals for optimizing the expenditure side;
Tax planning: calculation, analysis, optimization;
Development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing the profitability of the business;
Planning and management of cash flow, liquidity control;
Management of the company's financial flows;
Management of account balances, balances on exchanges;
Liquidity management, competent planning of liquidity and cash flows;
Formation of financial reports, business plans and other financial documents for regulators and banks.
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in the position of CFO or Head of Function for at least 5 years in Fintech;
Desirable: experience in crypto and blockchain projects for at least a year, understanding of the cryptocurrency market or experience in trading companies;
Desire to immerse yourself in the product and services of the project;
Ability to analyze competitors, their business models, tariffs, advantages and disadvantages:
Experience in the formation of management reporting (BDR, BDDS);
Orientation in accounting standards and knowledge of the taxation system of the Russian Federation;
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
Experience in financial planning and financial modeling of new products;
Ability to control processes, highlight critical points, separate levels of control;
Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
