Приглашается к сотрудничеству Chief Finance Officer в многопрофильную иностранную компанию.
Responsibilities:
• Build a new Finance department, support of the existing team
• Design and implement reporting, controlling, budgeting and forecasting
• Consolidate reports from various cooperation partners of the company
• Coordinate financial activities with HQ in Europe
• Prepare statutory closing, communicate with auditors, tax advisors etc
• Ensure governance, transparency and efficient cash management
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience as CFO in an international company
• ACCA, CPA, MBA or similar qualification
• Fluent English,
• German is welcomed
• Solid track record from Multi-Site environment, Metal Industry, Metal Processing
• Experience from an organization with more than 1,000 employees is a must
• Ability to communicate with HQ in a matrix organization
