Job description:
- Business administration
- Relations with top management of main clients and contractors
- Sales planning and execution
- Team management (Current personnel of 4 : 1 sales, 1 product manager, 1 accountant, 1 intepreter)
- Reports : P/L, CF, Balance sheet
Responsibilities:
- Organisation of the company activity in China (Xi'an), coordination of the registration and setting up of the company according to the legal requirements
- Administrative management of the company activity in China
- Interaction with authorities and counterparties (clients and suppliers)
- Managing the company operations, organisation and coordination of its employees, ensuring the efficient running of the company
- Building and development of the team, setting goals and objectives, monitoring the performance of tasks and evaluating their effectiveness
- Participation in the promotion of the company’s services in China’s logistics market, local business trips for controlling and staying informed about the situation
- Supervision of the work standards and customer service level
- Establishing partnerships and interaction with customers, maintaining long-term mutually beneficial relationships
- Participation in negotiations, conclusion and management of agreements with clients, control of the adherence to contract terms
- Company representation at events, conferences, negotiations with state authorities and other stakeholders
- Planning and control of the budget, achieving goals and financial results, ensuring financial stability and profitability
Requirements:
- Education level: a Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA is welcomed
- At least five years of work experience as a manager of a company/office in China
- Knowledge of logistics, rail freight forwarding, customs clearance is an advantage
- Knowledge of administrative, civil and tax legislation in China, knowledge of Chinese business customs
- Experience in negotiating with counterparties and dealing with state authorities
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Chinese (native-speaker) and English (fluency) is mandatory, knowledge of Russian is desirable
