Requirements:
- Know how to work in a rapidly changing environment, to prioritize your tasks and the tasks of the team (development, analytics, testing, and others)
- See the meaning behind numbers and are guided by the facts when performing management decisions
- Be ready to be responsible for the effectiveness of the product, make decisions, and take responsibility
- Have a basic understanding of how to work with popular analytics systems, you can independently create a simple report or find the information you need
- Have at least two years of experience working in an international company
- Know the peculiarities of the UAE market, the knowledge of the real estate industry will be your competitive advantage
- Know how to make MVP, that is, you come up with and know how to test product hypotheses
- Have negotiation skills
- Know how to establish contact with the team
- Know English at C1 level, at least
Tasks:
- Gather a strong team capable of launching a product in a new market, relying on the best practices of coliving in the world in its’ common sense
- Develop the service and be its leader on the behalf of the business
- Constantly search, structure, and test new business models
- Find partners for specific projects, negotiate, conclude contracts and monitor their implementation
- Accompany projects for compliance with current legislation with the team of lawyers
- Prepare analytical materials and presentations with an overview of the market, competitors, best practices, including foreign ones
